Windows form a major part of any building contract both in money terms and also in terms of their high visibility in the finished contract. Building users are quick to notice any perceived, or real, defect in the windows of a building because of this high visibility. The technology of window fabrication and construction has changed and improved rapidly over the past decade but there is little unbiased reference material available to the specifier. The course aims to rectify this by providing a basic introduction to PVC-U windows for the specifier to realistically and profitably specify windows that will give the desired performance for many years.
