Manufacturing Strategy

The implementation of a Manufacturing Strategy is not a difficult task but it is one which demands freedom from the daily demands of a job. After participating in the Manufacturing Strategy Seminar attendees have the option of a Tangram consultant working directly with them to define and implement a specific strategy. This is a true consultancy service and is based in the client's factory where the implementation will take place.

The service will consist of the following stages:

• Analysis of the client's business plan to determine the demands being made on manufacturing in the future.
• Proposals for a Manufacturing Strategy to ensure that the business plan is met.
• Implementation of the Manufacturing Strategy (including co-ordinating machine purchase, where necessary).
• Monitoring the performance of the Manufacturing Strategy and effectiveness of the implementation process.
